Brian Davis

Brian Davis is an assistant professor in landscape architecture at Cornell University. He teaches classes on Latin American landscapes, site construction and technology, as well as design studios. He also runs the Borderlands Research Group, which examines issues and potentials related to public landscapes and infrastructural projects in Latin America and New York State, with a particular focus on urban rivers. Through his landscapes and instruments project he is developing an instrumental theory of landscape and exploring the potential for creating an integrated landscape science. He is also a member of the Dredge Research Collaborative.
